We had a wonderful stay at this venue. Its location right next to the metro bus and a few big malls made it very easy to get around and do some shopping. The service from room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping was excellent, and we appreciated the shops and commercial services available here. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The spa and wellness center, with its sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage, and turkish bath. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and we also appreciated the electric kettle provided in the room.
We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, always offering their assistance. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, including the spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the hotel's location was convenient, right next to the metro bus and a few large malls.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. The metro-bus station was right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around Istanbul. Additionally, there was a huge shopping mall just a short walk away, perfect for some retail therapy. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea and snacks available in the lobby, a lovely touch of Turkish hospitality. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great heating system to keep me warm during my stay. my experience at this hotel was exceptional, providing all the facilities and amenities I needed for a memorable trip.

Large, modern rooms with excellent facilities such as welcome gifts and high tea. Very helpful and friendly staff who assisted us promptly when we needed it. Convenient location with easy access to a highway leading to many attractive places in the area as well as several malls. Suitable for work as well with a stable WiFi connection, a comfortable workspace, and refreshments available, all included in the room. A comfortable stay with a great price-to-quality ratio.

A cozy hotel, we had a perfectly pleasant stay. Every detail here was great, including location and staff. Liked a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar and a writing table in the room. Fairly good bedrooms and comfortable beds. Location : the venue was very close to shopping center, cafes.

The staff were helpful and friendly, making my Christmas stay more fun. The location was perfect, with easy access to major transportation hubs and shopping centers. I also loved the daily snacks buffet in the lobby, a nice extra touch.
The gym was a bit small and had limited equipment, making it less than ideal for a full workout.

The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a mall nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, with modern facilities and a comfy bed. The service is friendly, helpful and multilingual. The breakfast is delicious and healthy with plenty of choices.
The gym and swimming pool could be bigger and have more equipment available for guests.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was so convenient next to the metro station. The room wasvery comfy and tidy with all the requested amenities. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even assisted us when we had trouble catching a taxi. The free snacks at the open buffet were a nice touch. we recommend this hotel.
